First thing you should know is that the way you are communicating with your hostess right now is annoying her, bothering her and making her ignore you.

And when you communicate with her in a way that’s easiest + convenient for her AND you, not only will it skyrocket your party success, it also trains her to communicate with her guests in the same way.

3 Key Strategies to Coach Your Hostess Effectively:

MAIL: Despite what you may think snail mail is not obsolete and when you use this as part of your hostess coaching strategy, you will see a HUGE change in how your hostesses work for their party. Now, you do have to make the things you send in the mail EXCITING, they need to STAND OUT from all the other crap in the mailbox and you can do that by MAKING IT CUTE!

PHONE: Now, I am not sure if you know this, but texting is the “go to” form of communication now-a-days because it decreases the irritation of feeling interrupted, bothered and annoyed. It’s a convenient way to get back to people when you have time and it takes the pressure off. So instead of calling your hostess 3-5 times leading up to her party, shoot her a text to check-in and keep her excited.

ONLINE: People are on Facebook every 4 minutes checking their messages, newsfeed, commenting, liking and sharing. So this is the PRIME place to engage + connect with potential guests, get them to want more so that they show up to the party AND encourage them to place an outside order if they cannot make it.

So now you’re probably thinking “Why these 3?” and “Do I have to do all of them or can I pick and choose and do the other things that I am already doing?”

Mail serves as a reminder + keeps them REALLY excited!

Phone is with them all the time so you have instant access to stay stop of mind.

Online is convenient, sucks people in and gives them something to do.

When you use snail mail, phone and online it does a few things…
Keeps you in front of them

I am NOT saying that in order to coach your hostess effectively that you need to put in crazy hours…

I AM saying that whatever time you do put in, you should be running your business like you invested a million dollars to start it.
